Return Policy
For hygiene and food safety reasons, all beauty drinks, health supplements, food products, and consumable items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged item received
- Missing item in the order
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and provide clear photos or videos as proof.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:
- The ordered item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.
- An incorrect item was sent and a replacement is unavailable.
- The product arrives severely damaged and a replacement cannot be arranged.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available if:
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The wrong item was supplied
All exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
